JAZZ MARKETPLACE VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

The City of Jacksonville Office of Sports & Entertainment is now accepting applications for Jazz Marketplace vendors! From handcrafted jewelry and clothing to original art, festival goers will shop ‘til they drop at this three-day shopping experience. We’re searching for the best vendors to participate in this powerful economic driver and contribute to the energy of the Jacksonville Jazz Festival! Don’t miss your chance to be part of this exciting festival tradition!

Applications will be open from 8:00 a.m. on March 7th through 11:59 p.m. on March 21st, 2025.
Once this application closes, no additional Marketplace vendors will be accepted for consideration. Marketplace vendor selection notifications will begin April 4th.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Completing this application and/or previous participation as a Marketplace vendor with the City of Jacksonville Office of Sports & Entertainment does not guarantee acceptance into this year’s event. Selected vendors are required to meet the guidelines of the City of Jacksonville Office of Sports & Entertainment.

FOOD VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

The City of Jacksonville Office of Sports and Entertainment is seeking food vendors for the 2025 Jacksonville Jazz Festival, occurring May 23 – 25, 2025 in downtown Jacksonville. We are seeking food trucks, trailers, push carts, and tent vendors for the following dates and times for this event.

Applications will be open from 8:00 a.m. on February 22nd  through 11:59 p.m. on March 4th, 2025.
Once this application closes, no additional food vendors will be accepted for consideration. Food vendor selection notifications will begin March 14th.
