We can’t wait to celebrate an incredible final day of the 2026 #JaxJazzFest with you!
🥳 4:30 PM UPDATE 🥳 The Code Blue has ended and fe 🥳 4:30 PM UPDATE 🥳 The Code Blue has ended and festival gates are tentatively scheduled to reopen at 4:45 PM. Moonchild will now be the first performer of the day 🎷 Please proceed with caution while traveling to the festival. _______ ⚠️ 3:40 PM UPDATE ⚠️ The Jacksonville Jazz Festival is currently in a Code Blue due to cloud-to-ground lightning detected within a 10-mile radius of the event site. Guests should evacuate the festival gate area immediately. Gates will be held until at least 4:30 PM. Attendees are encouraged to seek shelter in their vehicles until it is safe to return. __________ ⚠️ 3:20 PM UPDATE ⚠️ Festival gates are currently being held until at least 3:45 PM due to approaching weather containing lightning in the area. Gates will open as soon as conditions are deemed safe. ______ ☁️🚨 Reminder: #JaxJazzFest is a rain or shine event! Ponchos and umbrellas 48” or smaller are permitted inside the festival. As of 2PM, festival gates will still open at 3PM today! The Jacksonville Jazz Festival team, National Weather Service, and local safety partners are continuing to monitor weather conditions for Sunday. Festival operations will only pause if cloud-to-ground lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius of the event site or if there is an imminent safety threat. Should that occur, guests will be required to evacuate the festival footprint and seek shelter in their vehicles. Please continue monitoring this post and official festival social channels for updates throughout the day. We will share information as quickly as possible. Stay weather aware and use caution while traveling to and from the festival.
