Jacksonville Jazz Festival moved to fall

The 2021 Jacksonville Jazz Festival, celebrating its 40th anniversary, will move to the fall. The City of Jacksonville made the announcement Monday in a news release.
The festival will kick off with the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition presented by Keyboard Connection – The Piano Place on Sept. 29 at the Florida Theatre. It will continue Oct. 1-3 with two stages of free entertainment.
Still to be announced: information on the Sacred Jazz Brunch, Jazz Jam as well as VIP packages and new preferred seating, location, artist announcements and more.
