Preferred Seating Experiences

• All sales are final. Premium Experience packages, including VIP and Preferred Seating, are non-refundable and non-transferable between event days or package types, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, performer or schedule changes, transportation delays, or personal conflicts. No exceptions will be made. In the event of a full-day cancellation due to severe weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, event organizers will communicate next steps directly to affected purchasers in a timely manner.
• The 2026 Jacksonville Jazz Festival will feature one primary performance stage located at the Ford on Bay in Downtown Jacksonville. Premium Experience amenities and perks are available exclusively at this location and do not extend to other festival-affiliated events or venues unless expressly stated.
• Full Festival Premium Experience packages include additional seating privileges for the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition presented by Yamaha at the Florida Theatre. Food, beverage, and hospitality amenities provided within Premium Experience areas at the Ford on Bay are not included at the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition.
• Packages are valid only for the specific date printed on the wristband. Once a purchase is completed, event organizers are unable to modify, exchange, upgrade, downgrade, or reissue packages for alternate event days or package types under any circumstance.
• Seating within Premium Experience areas is first come, first available and is not assigned or reserved.
• Premium Experience areas are open to all ages; however, every individual entering the Premium Experience area, regardless of age, must have a valid, pre-purchased wristband. No discounts are available for minors.
• Premium Experience wristbands are the responsibility of the purchaser. The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Jazz Festival are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, forgotten, or improperly secured wristbands. Wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstance.
• Any wristband that appears altered, removed, reattached, damaged, duplicated, or otherwise manipulated will be deemed invalid and confiscated without refund. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to revoke Premium Experience privileges at its sole discretion if misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of event policies is suspected.
• Attempted chargebacks or payment disputes in violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in permanent disqualification from future Jacksonville Jazz Festival Premium Experience purchases.
• Premium Experience areas are tentatively scheduled to operate during published festival hours each event day. Operating hours are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety, crowd management, capacity limitations, or other unforeseen conditions. No refunds or compensation will be issued for delayed, modified, or shortened access resulting from such changes.
• The Jacksonville Jazz Festival is a rain-or-shine event. All programming, including performers, schedules, amenities, and festival components, are subject to change without notice. In the event of artist cancellations, lineup changes, or performance adjustments, no refunds will be issued unless the entire event day is officially canceled by organizers.
• Outside alcohol, personal coolers, and smoking are strictly prohibited within all Premium Experience areas. All guests must adhere to the Event Code of Conduct established by the City of Jacksonville Office of Sports & Entertainment. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. The Event Code of Conduct is subject to change at any time at the discretion of event organizers. Guests are responsible for reviewing the most current version prior to attendance at JacksonvilleJazzFest.com.
• Parking and transportation are not included with any Premium Experience package purchase unless explicitly stated. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make separate arrangements.
• Complimentary items or amenities, including but not limited to merchandise, hospitality items, or giveaways, are provided as a courtesy and are available while supplies last. Availability is not guaranteed and items are subject to change or removal without prior notice.
• The purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of Jacksonville, affiliate sponsors, partnering agencies, and the City’s members, officials, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, judgments, and executions for damages of any kind, including but not limited to losses, costs, or expenses of every nature whatsoever caused by the negligent acts or omissions of the purchaser and/or their organization, employees, or volunteers while participating in the event.
• The purchaser further assumes full responsibility for any and all risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage that may occur while attending or participating in the event.
• This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under Florida law. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force and effect.
• By completing this purchase, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understand, and voluntarily accept the terms of this release, waiver of liability, and indemnification.
