Parking Information

Public parking for the festival is available at several locations surrounding Tailgaters Parking.

The following festival lots will operate during the below hours: Lot A, Lot B (ADA Only), Lot C, Lot D, Lot J, Lot Z, Extra Point Lot, VIP North and VIP South will operate during the below hours. 

  • Open: 2 hours before festival gates each day
  • Admission ends: 30 minutes before festival end
    • Friday: Open at 2:00 PM, Close at 10:30 PM
    • Saturday: Open at 1:00 PM, Close at 10:30 PM
    • Sunday: Open at 1:00 PM, Close at 10:00 PM

Please note: VIP North and VIP South are reserved for Premium Experience pass holders. Bryan Street, Hart Bridge, and Time Out lots are not available for general public use.

Ride With JTA

Connexion

JTA’s Connexion service provides destination-to-destination shared public transportation for people with disabilities who are functionally unable to use fixed-route services for all of their transportation needs, or for people who are transportation disadvantaged (TD). Service during the Jacksonville Jazz Festival:

Reservations daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., by calling (904) 265-6999. Same-day trips are not available.

Fare is $3.00 for ADA customers and $3.50 for TD customers.

Personal Care Attendants with ADA riders can ride for free. Personal Care Attendants with TD riders will pay the same fare as the customer.

Connexion PLUS

JTA’s Connexion PLUS service is an additional option for eligible Connexion customers. Connexion Plus is perfect for eligible customers who want private, same-day, door-to-door service to anywhere in Duval County. For more details about service during the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, please see the following:

Reservations can be made at least two hours in advance of your requested pick-up time by calling (904) 404-0848, Monday-Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and weekends from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

When making a reservation for the festival , specify “Jacksonville Jazz Festival” as your destination. Drop-off and Pick-up for the festival will be at Bay and Hogan Street intersection.

Fare is $6 for trips of 15 miles or less. Add $2 per mile for trips over 15 miles.

Additional passengers are $4 each, while Personal Care Attendants can ride free of charge. Fares are one way and must be paid with a credit card.
