When you purchase the Full Festival package, you’ll receive a branded wristband to wear for the entire weekend. If you’ve opted for a Single-Day package, you’ll get a wristband specifically for that day. Your wristband is your key to accessing the VIP area, so please keep it safe! It comes with a slide lock mechanism, so we recommend waiting until the festival begins to put it on.

Our prime parking location puts you right where the action is, so you can make the most of every moment without the extra hassle!
You’re a VIP, you don’t wait for drinks! In VIP, walk up to your dedicated bar and get yourself a beer, wine or spirit! Who knew life could be so good? Enjoy complimentary water, or snag alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the VIP bar. $150 in food and beverage credits will be loaded on each wristband for the Full Festival VIP Experience, and $30 in credits will be loaded on each Single-Day VIP Festival Experience wristband. Having more fun than your wristband can handle? Credit card payments are accepted in addition to the pre-loaded credits, no need to reload your wristband!
Orders are being fulfilled and shipped out weekly in order of guest purchases. Currently, Premium Experience packages are being shipped within 10 Business days of the order being placed.
Orders placed on or before May 11, 2023, will have the option to be shipped or picked up from the City of Jacksonville Division of Sports & Entertainment.
Orders placed after 5PM on May 12, 2023, must be picked up.
Pick-up information will be sent to the email on file once the order is ready. Please do not visit the Division of Sports & Entertainment office prior to receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
While both options are great, the VIP experience includes enhancements above and beyond the preferred seating experience. Check out the information above on the two experience options to choose the one that fits your style best!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are no refunds or exchanges permitted. The festival is a rain or shine event. In the event the entire event is canceled, refund information will be sent to attendees. All festival performers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without warning. If changes or cancellations occur with performers, refunds will not be issued.
For security purposes, we have transitioned to shipping all tickets to one address submitted during your purchase. This will prevent orders from being separated in the mail and arriving at different times. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please order tickets separately.
It is and no ticket or purchase is required! These options are available for those who want a bit of an upgrade.
Premium Experience areas are open to all ages, but everyone of all ages MUST HAVE a pre-purchased wristband to enter. There are no discounts for minors.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to change or transfer your purchase to a different day.
The City of Jacksonville does not facilitate the reselling of any Premium Experience packages for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival. Once tickets are purchased, it is the responsibility of the seller and the buyer to facilitate the transfer of Premium Experience packages.
All festival performers are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice. No refund will be issued if a festival performer is changed or canceled.
