As A Festival VIP Experience Package Holder, You Get:
VIP Wristband Credential
With your Full Festival package, you’ll receive a branded wristband to wear all weekend long. If you’ve chosen a Single-Day VIP package, you’ll get a wristband valid for that specific day. Your wristband is your exclusive access pass to the VIP area, so be sure to keep it safe! Without it, you won’t be able to enter or move freely within the VIP area. All wristbands will have a slide-lock mechanism, so we recommend waiting until the festival begins to put it on for the best fit and comfort.

What is the difference between the VIP Experience and the Preferred Seating?
While both options are great, the VIP Experience includes enhancements above and beyond the Preferred Seating Experience. Check out the information above on the two experience options to choose the one that fits your style best!
I still need to pickup my Premium Experience package, where can I get it?
OPTION 1: In-Office Pickup

- Monday, May 19 & Tuesday, May 20 : 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Parking Info:
Metered parking is available around the building. The Ed Ball Garage entrance is located near Monroe and Julia Streets, with building access from the garage on the second floor.

OPTION 2: Festival Site Pickup
If you are unable to pick up your package in advance, you may collect it at the festival site during the designated times listed below.

Near the intersection of Gator Bowl Blvd, Talleyrand Ave, and Adams St.
Use: 1680 Adams St E, Jacksonville, FL 32202 for navigation. See below map for reference.
Look for the white tent with Premium Experience Pickup signage. A small parking lot adjacent to Lot E / VIP North will have spaces available for short-term pickup.
Pickup Hours:
- Friday, May 23: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday, May 24: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday, May 25: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Please arrive within the scheduled hours each day. If you arrive outside these windows, we will not be able to provide your wristbands for that day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This will be the only location available for Premium Experience guests to pick up wristbands at the festival. It is imperative that you visit the Premium Experience Pickup Tent prior to parking, as your package may contain your parking pass if you purchased VIP.
- Your wristband is required for access to Premium Experience areas within Tailgaters Parking.
- Wristbands are color-coded and date-specific (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Full Festival). Please ensure you are wearing the correct wristband each day.
- Replacement wristbands will not be issued once they have been picked up.
What is the refund policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are no refunds or exchanges permitted. The festival is a rain or shine event. In the event the entire event is canceled, refund information will be sent to attendees. All festival performers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without warning. If changes or cancellations occur with performers, refunds will not be issued.
Why can’t I ship multiple Premium Experience packages to multiple addresses?
For security purposes, we have transitioned to shipping all tickets to one address submitted during your purchase. This will prevent orders from being separated in the mail and arriving at different times. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please order tickets separately.
I thought the festival was free?
It is and no ticket or purchase is required! These options are available for those who want a bit of an upgrade.
Are children free?
Premium Experience areas are open to all ages, but everyone of all ages MUST HAVE a pre-purchased wristband to enter. There are no discounts for minors.
Can I change which day I purchased my single-day pass for?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to change or transfer your purchase to a different day.
I can no longer attend the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, how do I resale or transfer my premium experience packages?
All festival performers are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice. No refund will be issued if a festival performer is changed or canceled.

ALL PREMIUM EXPERIENCE PACKAGES, INCLUDING VIP AND PREFERRED SEATING SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERRABLE BETWEEN PACKAGE TYPES.
- Seating is first come, first available and is not assigned.
- Premium Experience areas are open to all ages, but everyone of all ages must have a pre-purchased wristband to enter. There are no discounts for minors.
- Premium Experience wristbands (VIP and Preferred Seating) are non-refundable and non-transferrable between days. Wristbands are the responsibility of the purchaser. The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Jazz Festival are in no way responsible for lost or stolen wristbands.
- Smoking and personal coolers are prohibited within all premium experience areas.
- Purchaser shall indemnify and save harmless the city and the city’s members, officials, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, judgments, and executions for damages of all kinds, losses, costs or expenses of every nature whatsoever caused by the negligent acts or omissions of myself and/or organization at the event or caused by any negligent act or omission of myself and/or organization’s employees or volunteers.
- The undersigned further hereby assumes full responsibility for any and all risk of bodily injury, death or property damage while participating in the event.
- The purchaser further expressly agrees that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by Florida law and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
The purchaser has read and fully understands this release, waiver of liability and indemnification and voluntarily agrees to its terms.
