Groovin’ is more fun with an ice cold beverage in your hand! Visit the bar at both stages to quench your thirst and try the new Manifest Standard or Frozen drinks! All VIP bars accept pre-loaded VIP wristbands, credit/debit cards and new this year, tap-to-pay! No shots or drinks on the rocks, but you still rock!

Alcoholic Beverages Rules and Regulations: Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol, please drink responsibly. Sharing of drinks is not permitted, only one drink at a time may be ordered. There is a 10-minute wait time between ordering drinks. Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

The legal jargon, but still important!

Seating is first-come, first available, and is not assigned. Unused credits on a VIP package wristband, are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Full festival experience credits expire at the end of the festival, Sunday, May 28 at 10 p.m. And single day festival experience credits are only valid during festival hours for the day corresponding with the single-day VIP wristband. Items purchased with credits are non-refundable. Credits can only be used within the designated festival VIP areas at the swingin’ and groovin’ stages. Credits are not valid at the Jacksonville jazz piano competition, merchandise locations, marketplace vendors or food vending locations outside of VIP, sponsors, or any other activations or point of sale locations. Credits are the responsibility of the purchaser and the city of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville jazz festival are in no way responsible for lost or stolen credits. Smoking and personal coolers are prohibited within all premium experience areas.

Preferred Seating Experience

Skip lugging around your own chair, looking around for a great place to sit, standing in long lines for a cold beverage, and no air-conditioned restrooms. All-new preferred seating includes it all: a dedicated padded seat that is close to both of the stages, an exclusive bar that’s for preferred seating guests only, and private restrooms with running water and glorious air-conditioning.
