Guests without any bags at all may proceed through the entry point without stopping for expedited entry into the festival.<\/p>\n<p>All guests and their belongings may be searched upon entry into the festival. By entering the event space, guests consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they may have against the City of Jacksonville or its partners. If guests elect not to consent to the searches, they will be denied entry into the festival.<\/p>\n<p>Guests will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their vehicles, if they have not entered the event space, or dispose of prohibited items at the entry point. The City of Jacksonville as well as its members, officials, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items onsite is grounds for ejection from the festival.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>2024 JJF Prohibited Items List for Daily&#8217;s Place\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>No\u00a0<strong>large\/oversized bags<\/strong>, e.g., sports bags, backpacks, duffel bags, drawstring bags or any other large bags as deemed by venue security.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>VIP Jazz Fest drawstring bag is allowed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Nothing larger than a large purse\/six pack size soft side cooler (empty) is permitted entry into the venue e.g.:<\/li>\n<li>No outside alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs<\/li>\n<li>No animals (except service animals)<\/li>\n<li>No banners and signs larger than 3\u201dx 2\u201d and\/or made of wood, metal, or other similar material. They must not be commercial in nature or in bad taste as determined by Facility Management.<\/li>\n<li>No cameras with detachable lenses (small point and shoot subject to approval)<\/li>\n<li>No flash photography or cameras with flash<\/li>\n<li>No professional video cameras or recording equipment<\/li>\n<li>No chairs or inflatables<\/li>\n<li>No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles<\/li>\n<li>No gifts for the band or other performers<\/li>\n<li>No iPads, tablets, laptops or GoPros (includes \u201cSelfie sticks\u201d or poles)<\/li>\n<li>No knives, guns, and any type of weapons (including actual toy or replica items) or explosives<\/li>\n<li>No laser pointers<\/li>\n<li>No noise makers, whistles, and air horns<\/li>\n<li>No non-lethal weapons or chemical agents (i.e., pepper spray, mace, and tasers)<\/li>\n<li>No outside drinks, coolers, cans, cups, bottles, and beverages<\/li>\n<li>No personal property or clothing that is a potential hazard to others (e.g., chains, wallet chains or jewelry with spiked edges)<\/li>\n<li>No skateboards or skates<\/li>\n<li>No umbrellas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>2024 JJF Prohibited Items List for Met Park<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>No hard-sided coolers, soft or rolling coolers larger than 6-pack size.<\/li>\n<li>No personal tents, shade canopies or other shelters\/shacks, sport-brellas, etc.<\/li>\n<li>No beach or pole-style umbrellas (over 63\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>No pets (except for service animals)<\/li>\n<li>No grills<\/li>\n<li>No outside alcohol<\/li>\n<li>No non-Factory sealed water for personal consumption<\/li>\n<li>No picnic or catering meals<\/li>\n<li>No professional video and audio recording equipment or noise making devices<\/li>\n<li>No weapons (knives, guns, explosives, or any items that can be construed as a weapon other than permitted pursuant to Fla.
